2. Products and Orders
We specialize in selling custom-designed posters. All product images are for illustrative purposes only; the final product may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing processes.
Once you place an order and payment is successfully processed, we will begin processing it promptly. Please review all details carefully before checkout, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once production starts.

All payments on www.otakudelights.com are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major payment methods, including:

All orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Updated estimated shipping times are:
Express Shipping (India): 7–8 business days
Standard Shipping (India): 13–14 business days
International Shipping: Currently not available
Accurate Shipping Information
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including:

Failure to provide accurate details may result in delivery delays, return-to-origin (RTO), or non-delivery, for which we are not responsible.
Delivery Attempts & RTO
Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer fails to receive the package after 2–3 attempts due to reasons such as:
Not responding to calls from the delivery partner
Providing an incorrect or incomplete address
Refusing to accept the package
The order will be returned to us (RTO). In such cases, no refunds will be issued. If the customer still needs the product, a new order must be placed with correct details.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress online.

Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues. For significant delays, please contact our support team for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a satisfactory solution.

5. Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible at Support@otaku.com.
Before production begins: Your order may be cancelled and refunded.
After production has started: Cancellation may not be possible.

6. Returns & Refunds
As our products are custom-made, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

All content on this Site, including designs, images, text, graphics, logos, and product photos, is the property of OTAKU DELIGHTS and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
