Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@otakudelights.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once the production or packing process has begun, cancellation will not be possible.

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch, and no refunds will be initiated in such cases.

Customized Orders

For customized products, cancellation requests will only be accepted before production begins. After production starts, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Non-Customized Orders

Cancellation requests for non-customized items will only be considered before the order is shipped. Once shipped, our Refund & Return Policy will apply.
